Seven Stars Dinton Ltd
The Seven Stars is a 17th Century pub that has served the village of Dinton as a centre of the community for almost 400 years.
In 2011 the then owners declared it a toxic business and put the freehold on the market.
Sixty six members of the commuity came together, pooled resources and bought the freehold.
Seven Stars Dinton Ltd (SSD Ltd) was incorporated in 2011, as a vehicle to deliver this community project.
The same year, SSD Ltd selected Septentriones Ltd (Steph and Dave) as tenants. They have full operational control over the day to day running of the pub. For the past ten years they have taken the Seven Stars from strength to strength.
